Royal Limousine is taking precautions to ensure the overall health and safety of passengers and chauffeurs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our precautions include following all recommended guidelines from the Centers For Disease Control CDC Covid-19 Guidelines For Passenger Transportation.

The Royal Limousine fleet features a protective guard/In-vehicle Divider for occupant health, safety, and peace of mind. Dividers are recommended by the CDC, made of shatterproof polycarbonate and has been designed to not interfere with the safety of the vehicle.
Chauffeurs are pre-screened and monitored for 24 hours prior to scheduled run
Chauffeurs will utilize masks, gloves and be decontaminated prior to every run
Providing contactless service, limiting contact between chauffeur and passengers as much as possible
Face coverings, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available at all times in vehicles
Vehicle has complete cleaning and disinfection before every trip of all surfaces that are touched – door handles, seat belts, armrests, rear controls, etc.
Removal of all interior items such as water bottles & snacks that could transmit pathogens
Chauffeurs are instructed to stay at home if they have any symptoms described by the CDC
All passengers are restricted form using the front seat, and in larger vehicles such as vans an empty row is blocked off immediately behind the Chauffeur
Passengers will handle their own luggage unless a special request is made
Only outside fresh air will be directed through air conditioning/heating system, no recirculated air
